Virtual MX is a global producer of esports events founded by Nicolas Millot officially in 2022, but the brand is truly a continuation of events produced under his name since 2011. To this point Virtual MX has utilized third-party titles for the competitive events; including the first ever Worldwide LAN event in 2023 at Milan’s famed EICMA Show. The next evolution will see Virtual MX use years of experience to launch beyond the confines of “PC only” titles with their own Motocross Simulation. (#Link 1 – #Link 2).
The company Motocross Digital Services is a subsidiary of Virtual MX created in 2025 to host the project Motocross The Game.
The MTG project has been funded via revenue generated by Virtual MX’s motocross gaming endeavors. The motocross console market has an audience begging for a motocross simulation with an esports vision. Currently, simulator titles for motocross only exist on the PC and the console market is occupied by one “arcade style” supported title. The market is long-overdue for Motocross The Game to arrive.
Virtual MX currently has a community with over 150,000 players around the world who want to see a stable, supported title, dedicated to providing an elite motocross esports racing experience. In addition, console players are want to join in on the action. Our market study revealed that PC players represent only 34% of global gamers. MTG is aimed to respond to a demand that has been growing for over 10 years.
